To guarantee its stability, the Universal Stand requires a ferromagnetic ground plate. The

magnetic force stabilizes the positioning of the Universal Stand. This plate does not form part of

the delivery package. It can be obtained via specialist distributors or from a suitable retail outlet.

The plate should be a least 4 mm thick. The size and the weight should be sufﬁcient to ensure

that the weight of the motor module can be borne safely (e.g. 8 x 300 x 600 mm, approx. 13 kg).
